This is an immediate start, 6-week temporary contract, working 4 days per week.
About the Role
In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support while coordinating and monitoring construction project delivery.
You will act as a trusted right hand to senior stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and the efficient delivery of project outcomes across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines, milestones, meetings, and documentation
- Assist with preparation of project proposals, tender documentation, and stakeholder submissions
- Support construction permit applications
- Assist with budget tracking, procurement processes, and contractor/vendor coordination
- Maintain accurate project records, registers, and documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement across administrative and project workflows
- Experience as a Project Administrator, ideally within capital works, construction, infrastructure, or property environments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management systems
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC), or willingness to obtain
- Part-time arrangement (4 days per week)
