MAYDAY Recruitment is excited to partner with a growing healthcare organisation undertaking a large-scale national software rollout, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, working closely with people, and seeing projects come to life. Rather than sitting behind a project plan all day, you'll be on the ground supporting site teams, coordinating implementations, delivering training, and helping users confidently transition to new technology.
You'll have the opportunity to travel across Australia, building relationships with stakeholders and playing a key role in the successful rollout of an innovative clinical administration platform.

What's in it for you?

  • 12-month FTC
  • $80,000.00 + Super
  • Office located in North Sydney
  • National project exposure across multiple sites
  • Opportunity to travel regularly throughout Australia
  • Hands-on role with real impact on business operations
  • Variety, autonomy, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ideal stepping stone for someone looking to further develop their project delivery career

The Role:

  • Coordinating software implementation activities across multiple locations
  • Managing project schedules, documentation, and rollout plans
  • Supporting site readiness and implementation preparation
  • Delivering user training and facilitating adoption of new systems
  • Providing on-site support during go-live periods
  • Liaising with internal teams, vendors, and key stakeholders
  • Tracking project milestones, risks, and action items
  • Gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Communicating project progress and updates to stakeholders

About You:

  • Previous experience supporting software implementations, system rollouts, or operational projects
  • Strong coordination and organisational skills
  • Confidence delivering training and supporting end users
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout Australia
  • Experience within healthcare, clinical administration, or practice management environments is highly regarded but not essential.

If you're looking for a role that combines project coordination, stakeholder engagement, travel, and the opportunity to make a genuine impact, we'd love to hear from you.
