The Role
- Support the strategic planning and execution of high-impact merchandise and promotional programs
- Build and manage strong commercial relationships with vendor partners, securing advertising and promotional funding opportunities
- Develop compelling promotional proposals and campaign solutions for stakeholders and suppliers
- Drive seamless campaign delivery across multiple promotional cycles and cross-functional teams
- Manage advertising inventory, campaign assets and promotional timelines
- Analyse campaign performance and provide commercially focused post-campaign insights and reporting
- Partner closely with the broader marketing team on monthly campaign planning and promotional strategy
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in merchandising, promotions, trade marketing or campaign execution
- Experience within health, wellness, retail or pharmaceutical environments highly regarded (or a passion for these areas!)
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders and build long-term partnerships
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple moving priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Experience with Google Workspace, Figma, Asana and/or Skuvantage advantageous
- Energetic, adaptable and motivated by high-performing environments
