• Conducting investigations and assessments to determine coverage and liability

• Negotiating with policyholders and relevant parties to achieve fair settlements

• Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with company policies

• Staying up to date with insurance legislation and industry best practice

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a Property or Strata claims role (highly desirable)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong Microsoft Office skills
