Managing a portfolio of Strata Property claims , ensuring efficient and accurate processing

Conducting investigations and assessments to determine coverage and liability

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth claims process

Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships

Negotiating with policyholders and relevant parties to achieve fair settlements

Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with company policies

Staying up to date with insurance legislation and industry best practice
The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a Property or Strata claims role (highly desirable)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
