As a Claims Consultant, you’ll take ownership of claims from start to finish, playing a key role in delivering fair, efficient outcomes while building trust and confidence with clients.

About the Company

Main responsibilities include:

Managing end-to-end property/strata claims from lodgement through to settlement

Conducting investigations and assessing policy coverage

Liaising with clients, brokers, assessors, trades, and internal teams

Coordinating inspections, repairs, and obtaining quotes

Providing regular updates and maintaining accurate claim notes

Reviewing documentation and verifying claim information
-
Ensuring compliance with policies, industry standards, and SLAs
-
Managing difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism
The ideal candidate:

Experience in property claims (domestic, commercial, or CAT events)
-
Strata experience is a bonus but not essential
-
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-
High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
-
Customer-centric mindset with proactive problem-solving ability

Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively
