Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of Strata Property claims efficiently and accurately
• Conducting thorough investigations and assessments of claims
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth claims processes
• Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with policyholders and stakeholders
• Participating in negotiations to reach fair settlements
• Maintaining accurate documentation in line with company policies
• Staying up-to-date with insurance regulations and industry best practices

About you:

• Previous experience in Property or Strata claims (highly desirable)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service
