What You’ll Do:

• Manage a portfolio of strata insurance claims from lodgement to settlement

• Conduct investigations and determine policy coverage

• Liaise with clients, brokers, assessors, trades, and internal teams

• Arrange inspections, repairs, and quotes

• Maintain accurate claim notes and provide timely updates

• Review supporting documentation and validate claim information

• Navigate difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, policies, and SLAs

About You:

• Previous property claims experience (residential or commercial)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities

• Able to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively

• Calm, confident, and compassionate in challenging conversations
