  • Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week, standard business hours 
  • Based in the Macquarie Park office - full time in the office initially, however possibility to work one day p/w from home after training

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Quality and Logistics function by organising couriers to arrange for urgent distribution of medical goods, ensuring that timelines are achieved 
  • Build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, identifying logistics needs and working to appropriate deadlines 
  • Support the quality function by identifying continuous improvement opportunities and processing quality matters 
  • Take ownership of asset management activities, ensuring that internal registers and inventory logs are kept up-to-date, accurate and in-line with quality legislation and processes 
  • Act as a point of contact for stakeholders with quality or logistics enquiries, offering guidance on best practice, consulting to stakeholder needs and providing solutions to potential issues 
  • Support with general administration and clerical duties as directed by business Leaders
  • Take ownership of some document control duties 
  • Packaging goods, ready for courier collection - occasionally having to lift boxes to hand to couriers 

You will need to:
  • Experience in a quality-focussed position is essential - training on logistics will be provided 
  • Bonus points for experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industries, with exposure to quality assurance (desirable)
  • Candidates must have great communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels 
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with proven-experience in a compliance-heavy industry would be beneficial 
  • Candidates must have a real passion for learning, with the ability to take on new tasks quickly and efficiently 
  • Due to the strong possibility that this role will transition to a long-term position, candidates must have full, unrestricted work rights (e.g. Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, Partner Visa, Post-Graduate etc.)
  • As this role is offering 37.5 hours per week and a possibility to transition to a long-term opportunity, we are unable to consider candidates that have restrictions to their working rights e.g. Working Holiday Visa, Student Visa etc.
