About the company:

We are partnering with a well-established disability services provider to recruit an experienced Quality Manager to lead the organisation's quality, risk and compliance functions. The role is primarily based from the Glen Waverley office, with the flexibility to work from the Melbourne CBD office when suitable, offering convenience alongside a hybrid working model.

Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for developing and embedding quality frameworks, ensuring NDIS compliance, driving accreditation outcomes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with operational teams to ensure best practice, manage organisational risk, and continuously improve systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the organisation's quality, risk and compliance strategy.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislation.
  • Manage accreditation activities, audits and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, review and implement policies, procedures and quality frameworks.
  • Oversee incident management, complaints handling and organisational risk registers.
  • Analyse quality and compliance data to identify trends and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Provide coaching, guidance and training to operational leaders on quality and compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support organisational excellence.
About you:
  • Demonstrated experience in a Quality, Compliance or Business Improvement role within the disability and NDIS sector.
  • Strong working knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards, Quality & Safeguards Commission requirements and accreditation processes.
  • Experience leading audits, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management capabilities.
  • A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence change across multiple teams.

  • $140,000 package ($123,200 + super)
  • Hybrid working model – 3 days in office and 2 days working from home
  • Work primarily from the Glen Waverley office, with the flexibility to utilise the Melbourne CBD office when convenient
