What's in it for you:
- Temporary role for around 2 months, with a view to converting to a permanent member of staff during this time
- $35.15 p/h + super for the initial temp assignment, converting to $65,000 p/a + super for the permanent role
- Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 4.30pm
- Based full time in the office in Artarmon
- ASAP start dates available, however notice periods can be considered for the right candidate
- Great opportunity to begin as a Receptionist, whilst gradually taking on more duties to support with general administration and be a go-to contact for the General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for customers who are looking to book appointments or with general enquiries, over-the-phone, face-to-face and via email
- Utilise internal systems to ensure efficiency across appointments for the team, allowing for adequate breaks and ensuring no diary clashes
- Actively reach out to customers regarding completion of works or further required actions
- Take and process payments where required
You will need:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist would be ideal, however candidates that have worked in similar roles can also be considered
- Due to the strong possibility of this role covering to a permanent position, candidates must have full, unrestricted work rights
- A strong communicator who makes it their mission to provide a positive customer experience
- Experience in a blue-collar / motor-trade environment would be great, however not essential
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
