Make the move into a close-knit team in a small motor-trade business! We are currently seeking a professional, customer-centric Receptionist to be the face of a busy organisation. 

Whether you are an experienced Receptionist seeking a change, or a junior candidate seeking a new direction in career, we would love to hear from you! 

This role offers the opportunity to integrate into a business that sets you up for success, whilst also developing your skills by cross-training you across administrative duties. 

What's in it for you:
  • Temporary role for around 2 months, with a view to converting to a permanent member of staff during this time 
  • $35.15 p/h + super for the initial temp assignment, converting to $65,000 p/a + super for the permanent role
  • Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 4.30pm 
  • Based full time in the office in Artarmon
  • ASAP start dates available, however notice periods can be considered for the right candidate
  • Great opportunity to begin as a Receptionist, whilst gradually taking on more duties to support with general administration and be a go-to contact for the General Manager 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for customers who are looking to book appointments or with general enquiries, over-the-phone, face-to-face and via email 
  • Utilise internal systems to ensure efficiency across appointments for the team, allowing for adequate breaks and ensuring no diary clashes 
  • Actively reach out to customers regarding completion of works or further required actions 
  • Take and process payments where required 

You will need:
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist would be ideal, however candidates that have worked in similar roles can also be considered 
  • Due to the strong possibility of this role covering to a permanent position, candidates must have full, unrestricted work rights 
  • A strong communicator who makes it their mission to provide a positive customer experience
  • Experience in a blue-collar / motor-trade environment would be great, however not essential 
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
