We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join their Dandenong based team on an immediate 6-week temporary assignment. As the first point of contact for clients, contractors, and visitors, you will play an important role in supporting daily operations and ensuring a positive customer experience in this fast-paced essential services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors and providing a professional first impression for clients and stakeholders
- Managing a busy switchboard and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
- Handling incoming emails, mail, and general office correspondence
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and maintaining reception and communal areas
- Supporting administrative functions including data entry, filing, document management, and record keeping
- Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front Desk, Administration, or Customer Service role
- Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly approach
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Professional presentation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Availability to commence immediately and commit to the full contract period
