๐Ÿ“ž What you'll be doing:

  • Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, creating a warm and professional experience
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take detailed messages, and manage enquiries
  • Welcome clients attending face-to-face meetings and ensure they feel comfortable and supported
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for client appointments
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
  • Assist with office coordination tasks to help keep operations running smoothly
  • Support a range of clients with professionalism

๐Ÿ”Ž What we're looking for:

  • Previous Reception, Front Office or Administration experience
  • A calm, friendly and professional manner
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Someone who enjoys building rapport and making people feel welcome
  • Confidence working independently while supporting a wider team
  • Legal industry experience is not required - full training will be provided

โฐ Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30am – 5:00pm
