We’re seeking an experienced and adaptable Internal Recruiter to join a busy and collaborative talent team on a 2-month temporary assignment , with strong potential for extension.
About the Role:
You’ll step into a key recruitment function, supporting the business during a critical period of team transition. Working within a talent team of three, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment across a broad mix of vacancies, including:
- Help Desk / IT Support
- Manufacturing & Operations
- Contact Centre
- Finance & Corporate Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across varied role types
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
- Source, screen, and shortlist quality candidates
- Coordinate interviews and offer processes
- Maintain recruitment workflows and candidate experience
- Provide proactive recruitment support during a high-demand period
About You:
- Previous recruitment experience (agency or internal)
- Comfortable managing multiple vacancies across diverse sectors
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Able to work autonomously while contributing to a close-knit team
- Available to start quickly
