We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a passion for building relationships to join our team and drive further growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and develop a portfolio of clients
- Generate new business through strategic and targeted business development activities
- Source, attract and engage talent through various channels
- Contribute to the overall teams success
- Nurture candidate relationships and ensure quality service is provided at every interaction
- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure a seamless recruitment process for clients
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
About You
- Experienced agency Recruiter or have a proven track record within a sales focused role
- Demonstrate a growth mindset, thrive on building relationships and achieving goals
- Have the ability to work in a process and target driven environment
- Exhibit exceptional client management skills and the capability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
