As a Recruitment Consultant, you will partner with hiring managers to source, attract, and secure the best candidates for a variety of roles, from retail and operations to corporate functions. You’ll play a key part in driving the company’s growth while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every candidate.

- You have outstanding communication skills and a natural ability to build genuine relationships with both candidates and stakeholders.
- Organisation is your superpower, you effortlessly juggle multiple recruitment campaigns and keep everything running smoothly.
- You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and energised by a fast-paced environment, always looking for ways to make the process better.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full recruitment journey for a wide range of roles across the business, from retail and operations to corporate.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, becoming their trusted talent partner.
- Get creative with sourcing strategies to find top tier candidates who are the perfect fit for the business, across Australia and NZ.
- Lead interviews and guide hiring managers through the selection process with confidence and insight.
- Advocate the employer brand by creating a positive, memorable experience for every candidate.
- Keep things running smoothly by maintaining accurate recruitment metrics and reports to track your success.
