They’re on the hunt for a talented Recruitment Consultant to join a busy, dynamic team and help attract top talent across the organisation. The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will partner with hiring managers to source, attract, and secure the best candidates for a variety of roles, from retail and operations to corporate functions. You’ll play a key part in driving the company’s growth while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every candidate.

About You:
  • Recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, ideally with a background in retail or high-volume hiring, and you thrive on matching great people with the right opportunities.
  • You have outstanding communication skills and a natural ability to build genuine relationships with both candidates and stakeholders.
  • Organisation is your superpower, you effortlessly juggle multiple recruitment campaigns and keep everything running smoothly.
  • You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and energised by a fast-paced environment, always looking for ways to make the process better.
  • Most importantly, you’re passionate about people, helping them grow, succeed, and thrive and take pride in contributing to a business that values

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own the full recruitment journey for a wide range of roles across the business, from retail and operations to corporate.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, becoming their trusted talent partner.
  • Get creative with sourcing strategies to find top tier candidates who are the perfect fit for the business, across Australia and NZ.
  • Lead interviews and guide hiring managers through the selection process with confidence and insight.
  • Advocate the employer brand by creating a positive, memorable experience for every candidate.
  • Keep things running smoothly by maintaining accurate recruitment metrics and reports to track your success.
