- Managing interviews and presenting suitable candidates
- Writing job ads to be posted on social media and other sourcing platforms
- Collaborating with the compliance team for reference checking and document gathering
- Negotiating and finalising contracts between client and candidate
- Managing applicant tracking systems
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and provide advice
- Highly individualised training to help develop your recruitment skills

- Min 2 years’ recruitment experience, or are coming to legal recruitment as part of a second career from law or other related industry field
- Proven ability to meet financial targets for at least 2 consecutive quarters out of a 12 month period
- Proven ability to establish and maintain client/supplier relationships
