MAYDAY Recruitment is currently partnering with a leading global project management and professional services consultancy to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator to support a busy Talent Acquisition team.

This role will see you providing end-to-end recruitment coordination and administrative support, with a strong focus on candidate management, sourcing and maintaining accurate recruitment processes.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous recruitment coordination or TA support experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume, corporate environment.

📍 Location: Sydney CBD – Fully onsite
💰 Rate: $41 per hour + super
📅 Contract: Initial 6-week contract with potential to go permanent
🕘 Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday
🎯 Interview process: One-stage interview

• Support the TA Manager with end-to-end recruitment coordination from brief to hire
• Assist with job briefings and recruitment planning
• Source candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms
• Screen candidates and manage initial engagement
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the process
• Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of recruitment activity
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team

✔ Previous experience in recruitment coordination, TA support or similar
✔ Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles
✔ Confident communicator with strong stakeholder and candidate management skills
✔ Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
✔ Familiarity with ATS systems
✔ High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
