MAYDAY Recruitment is partnering with a well-established specialist recruitment agency to recruit an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to support the Managing Director during an exciting period of growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong recruitment coordination experience, and is looking for a role with plenty of autonomy and variety.

- Start date: ASAP
- Pay rate:$40.00 per hour + super
- Contract: Initial 6-month contract with the potential to extend
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
- Working rights: Working Holiday Visa holders considered
- Location: Hybrid – 4 days working from home, 1 day onsite (Northern Beaches)

💼 The Role
Working closely with the Managing Director, you'll play a key role in coordinating multiple recruitment campaigns from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating interviews and managing candidate schedules
- Preparing candidate profiles and recruitment documentation
- Conducting initial candidate screening calls
- Liaising with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
- Managing recruitment administration with a high level of accuracy
- Supporting multiple live vacancies in a fast-paced environment
- Providing general coordination and administrative support
🌟 About You
You'll be:
- Experienced in recruitment coordination, recruitment administration or talent acquisition
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident communicating with candidates and stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working independently
- Previous agency recruitment experience will be highly regarded
