About the company
Are you an experienced Recruitment Officer with a background in high-volume or blue-collar recruitment? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join a busy Talent Acquisition team supporting recruitment for production-based roles.
This is an immediate opportunity commencing next Wednesday, initially for a minimum of 2 months, with the potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Screening and shortlisting high volumes of applications
- Coordinating interviews and candidate communications
- Managing recruitment documentation and compliance processes
- Providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
- Building positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
- Assisting with general recruitment projects and team initiatives as required
About You
- Previous experience in blue-collar, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, or high-volume recruitment
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Outstanding communication and rapport-building skills
- A flexible, team-focused attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed
- Availability to commence next Wednesday and commit to the initial assignment period
