to lead operations across NSW & ACT for a national loss adjusting business.

Main responsibilities include:

Oversee financial, operational, and service performance for New South Wales & ACT.

Manage P&L, revenue targets, resource planning, and adjuster performance.

Lead and mentor regional teams, ensuring high service standards and compliance.

Maintain loss adjusting responsibilities while supporting business development.
-
Drive recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives.
-
Coordinate responses to client feedback, complaints, and catastrophic events.
-
Build and manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry contacts.

Lead regional projects and contribute to broader business strategy.
The ideal candidate:

Tertiary qualifications in business, engineering, law, or a related field preferred

Proven background in loss adjusting and business operations.

Experienced people leader who thrives on mentoring and supporting high-performing teams.

Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets and performance metrics.

Excellent communication, client relationship, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Brings a can-do attitude, embraces change, and is always looking for ways to improve

A valid driver’s license is essential.
