What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan your day, generate new leads and prepare for meetings across your territory.
• Visit local communities, partner locations and events to connect with potential customers
• Build lasting relationships and guide people through meaningful decisions with empathy and care.
• Find new opportunities, explore fresh markets and make things happen through proactive outreach.
• Represent the brand at local events, community gatherings and networking functions.
• Collaborate with a supportive team that shares ideas and celebrates wins.
• Take pride in knowing your work genuinely helps people while directly rewarding your effort and results.

 
About You

• 2-3 years' experience in a B2C sales role and a track record of achieving strong results.
• You’re a people person who thrives on community engagement and connecting with others in a genuine, meaningful way.
• You’re a confident communicator,  friendly, empathetic and comfortable starting conversations.
• You’re confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• You’re self-motivated, proactive and ready to make an impact in your community.
• You hold a full driver’s license and are ready to travel across Brisbane and surrounding areas.
• No prior industry experience? That’s completely fine, full training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.
