MAYDAY Recruitment is seeking an engaging, people-focused Sales Representative to join a leading global technology brand in Adelaide. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a well-established territory, taking over a strong portfolio of retail and reseller accounts from a high-performing team member who has been promoted internally.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, building strong in-store relationships, and driving sales through training, merchandising, and customer engagement.
You will manage a portfolio of retail and channel accounts across South Australia, ensuring strong in-store execution, brand representation, and sales performance. A key part of your success will come from building relationships with store teams, delivering product training, and supporting merchandising standards to maximise sales outcomes.
- $75,000.00 + super + $12,000 car allowance
- Monthly commission: approx. $10,000 OTE

- Manage and grow existing retail and reseller accounts across your territory
- Build strong, trusted relationships with in-store teams and channel partners
- Deliver product training and support to retail staff to increase sales performance
- Ensure in-store merchandising, POS, and product displays are maintained to a high standard
- Drive sales through proactive engagement and relationship building in-store
- Support and train new team members as part of a collaborative sales team
- Identify opportunities to improve sell-through and brand visibility
- Represent the brand professionally in all customer interactions
- Maintain regular reporting and updates on account activity and performance
- Naturally engaging, personable, and confident in front of customers
- A strong relationship builder who enjoys being out in the field
- Comfortable working in a junior-to-mid level sales role with room to grow
- Motivated by targets, incentives, and delivering results
- A team player who values collaboration and supporting others
- 1–2+ years’ experience in sales (retail, B2B, or field-based roles preferred)
- Experience working in or with retail environments is highly advantageous
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently across a territory
- Experience in IT, consumer electronics, or similar products is a plus (not essential)
