What You’ll Be Doing:
• Support the sales team in achieving revenue and margin targets
• Respond to inbound enquiries and assist with lead management and follow-ups, maximising speed-to-lead and conversion.
• Prepare, coordinate, and submit accurate sales proposals and documentation
• Maintain and update CRM systems with client and opportunity information
• Assist in managing sales pipelines and tracking progress of opportunities
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions to clients
• Help manage customer relationships and provide ongoing support throughout the sales process
• Contribute to forecasting and reporting by keeping systems up to date
About You:
• Previous experience in a sales support role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft 365
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
• Experience in a technical or service-based environment is advantageous but not essential
