We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Officer to commence immediately on a temporary contract through to the end of January. This role sits within a fast-paced, high-volume environment where strong scheduling assistance and customer service skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling and coordinating work orders
- Responding to customer enquiries and work order requests
- Re-prioritising daily activities to ensure timely completion of work orders
- Managing customer escalations professionally and efficiently
- Responding to incoming chats and escalation inbox enquiries
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Previous experience in a scheduling, coordination, or customer service role
- Must have proven scheduling assistance experience
- Strong communication skills with a solution-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Positive, professional attitude and commitment to the contract period
- Immediate start through to end of March
- Supportive and collaborative team environment
- Hybrid working arrangement with rotating shifts between 7am–7pm
