The Opportunity
MAYDAY Recruitment has partnered with a national leader in the telecommunications sector, recognised for its strong team culture and supportive working environment.
We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Officer to commence immediately on a temporary contract through to the end of January. This role sits within a fast-paced, high-volume environment where strong scheduling assistance and customer service skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and coordinating work orders 
  • Responding to customer enquiries and work order requests
  • Re-prioritising daily activities to ensure timely completion of work orders
  • Managing customer escalations professionally and efficiently
  • Responding to incoming chats and escalation inbox enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a scheduling, coordination, or customer service role
  • Must have proven scheduling assistance experience
  • Strong communication skills with a solution-focused approach
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
  • Positive, professional attitude and commitment to the contract period
