What You’ll Be Doing
- Working with the financial lines claims team, managing a complex portfolio of professional indemnity, Director & Officers and Employment Practices Liability.
- Analysing loss reports, establishing accurate reserves, and negotiating settlements where appropriate.
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
- Driving process improvements to ensure best-practice claims management.
- Collaborating with underwriters, brokers, legal representatives, and other stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years’ experience in financial lines claims; experience with PI, D&O, or EPL is mandatory.
- Legal background highly regarded but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of insurance contracts, claims processes, and relevant legislation.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a fast-paced team.
