The Role
- Act as a trusted advisor to Senior Leadership Teams, identifying hiring needs, challenges, and opportunities
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across senior, leadership, and executive commercial roles
- Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines and industry networks
- Introduce forward-thinking solutions to enhance hiring outcomes, retention, and candidate experience
- Leverage market insights, data, and trends to influence hiring strategies
- Challenge the status quo - bringing fresh thinking to attraction and engagement approaches
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on shared talent goals
- Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment , adapting to business needs with agility
About You
- Proven experience in a Senior Talent / Talent Partner role , ideally within complex, commercial environments
- A strategic mindset with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving capability, with a track record of driving impactful talent solutions
- Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity , while guiding and mentoring stakeholders
- Confident communicator who brings insight, credibility, and value to every interaction
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia preferred
