- Experience as a Store Manager within a premium or fast-paced retail environment (multi-brand or multi-product experience preferred)

- Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs

- $85,000–$90,000 + super, plus performance incentives (average annual bonus of $12,000)
