- 12M FTC contract with genuine potential for extension or permanency
- While the role is based in Melbourne , 2 days in office/3 WFH
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm schedule
The Opportunity

- Proven experience managing end-to-end strata claims
- Strong understanding of insurance policy wording, building terminology, and repair processes
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
