Unique opportunity for a Talent Acquisition expert to truly partner with key business leaders in developing and delivering talent solutions and strategy whilst consulting on process-improvement initiatives. 

This is a diverse position that will see you taking ownership of a well-established People or Professional Services portfolio. 

Working with a well-known brand, this role is based predominantly in the Hills District, with hybrid flexibility encouraged (3 days per week in the office).

The Role 
  • Take ownership of the full, end-to-end recruitment cycle across a diverse range of roles in the People portfolio, including Talent, HR, ER and L&D
  • Adopt a proactive sourcing approach, building strong networks in your space and actively adding to talent pipelines 
  • Support with process improvement initiatives including enhancing candidate experience and representing business units both internally and externally 
  • Tackle complex challenges surrounding talent acquisition by utilising resources such as SME's and internal systems 
  • Offer guidance and advise of data, market trends and insights to the team and key stakeholders
  • Become a true Consultant to stakeholders across a range of businesses, offering guidance on market-mapping, time-to-hire and diverse hiring. Be able to advise on attraction strategies and see solutions beyond the status quo
  • Understand the requirements of key stakeholders across the organisation, acting as a true consultant to identify challenges and solutions
  • Collaborate with other team members to work towards common goals and deliverables 
  • Take change in your stride, adapting to fluid business requirements and goals 

You will need:
  • Experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role is essential, with experience in managing predominantly HR and People roles or Professional Services
  • Candidates will ideally have experience of working with organisations that are complex in structure, with the ability to respond to internal movements and changes 
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to influence decision making with stakeholders across the business, adding value 
  • Candidates must be able to adapt to change, whilst offering a mentoring and guiding approach to stakeholders
  • Candidates must be open to working from Hills District office when required
