About the company
We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join a well-regarded not-for-profit organisation on a short-term assignment, supporting a busy and varied recruitment portfolio.
This is a hands-on opportunity for a strong recruiter who enjoys managing recruitment processes end-to-end and is confident working with stakeholders at all levels, including senior and executive leaders.

About the role
You’ll provide end-to-end recruitment support across a diverse portfolio, with exposure to:

  • Corporate and professional recruitment
  • Executive appointments and senior-level hiring
  • Fundraising and specialist roles
  • International recruitment
  • Candidate sourcing, screening and assessment
  • Interview coordination and stakeholder management
  • Managing recruitment processes from briefing through to appointment
  • Providing a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience


Key Requirements

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment
  • Strong sourcing, screening and candidate management skills
  • Confidence engaging with senior and executive-level stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Employment Hero is highly desirable
  • Previous NFP or purpose-driven organisation experience is advantageous
  • Exposure to international recruitment would be beneficial
