We're partnering with a well-established Australian organisation to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing internal recruitment team. About the Role
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse portfolio of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and secure quality talent. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll manage multiple vacancies at any one time while delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
This is a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact, contribute ideas, and become a trusted recruitment expert within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment advice
- Source, screen and interview candidates using a range of attraction strategies
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process
- Manage recruitment administration and maintain accurate records within the ATS
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the recruitment function
- Keep up to date with market trends and share recruitment insights with stakeholders
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys working at pace, building strong relationships, and delivering quality outcomes in a busy recruitment environment.
To be successful, you'll have:
- Previous end-to-end recruitment experience, either within an agency or internal talent acquisition team
- Experience managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to build rapport quickly and provide an outstanding candidate experience
