We are currently seeking an energetic and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a high-performing team, taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of white and blue-collar roles.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering closely with stakeholders and is passionate about finding great people.

If you're someone who enjoys being out in the market, building relationships and getting the right people into the right roles, this could be the opportunity for you!

What's in it for you?
  • Fixed term contract for 6 months, with the possibility of extension
  • Up to $130,000 per annum + super
  • Role based in Sydney – hybrid flexibility encouraged!
  • Join a well-recognised organisation with a strong focus on people and culture
  • Work within a collaborative and supportive Talent Acquisition / P&C team
  • Opportunity to recruit across a diverse and interesting portfolio, including construction, engineering and operational roles
  • Be part of an organisation committed to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
  • Work closely with experienced hiring managers and business leaders across the organisation
  • Opportunity to influence and improve recruitment processes through data, insights and market knowledge
  • Play a key role in strengthening the organisation's employer brand and candidate experience
  • Opportunity to attend career events, networking opportunities and industry activities
  • A fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
  • Opportunity to make a genuine impact across a high-volume recruitment function

The Role
Working closely with hiring managers, business leaders and the broader P&C team, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attraction through to offer and onboarding.

You'll be a true Talent Acquisition partner — bringing market knowledge, recruitment expertise and fresh thinking to help the business attract and secure the best talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, selection and offer management
  • Manage a high volume of requisitions, ensuring roles are progressed efficiently and candidates receive an exceptional experience
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, networking, referrals and direct sourcing
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their workforce needs and providing practical recruitment advice
  • Act as a trusted recruitment partner to stakeholders, challenging and influencing where required
  • Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion throughout the recruitment process, ensuring attraction and selection practices are inclusive and unbiased
  • Use recruitment data and market insights to identify trends, improve hiring outcomes and influence stakeholder decisions
  • Maintain accurate recruitment activity and reporting within Workday
  • Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on interviewing, selection and best-practice recruitment
  • Support employer branding initiatives, career events, job fairs and networking activities
  • Ensure recruitment activity is delivered in line with relevant legislation, policies and best-practice standards
  • Continuously look for ways to improve the recruitment experience, processes and candidate journey
  • Bring energy, curiosity and a hands-on approach to every recruitment campaign

About You
We're looking for someone who is energetic, commercially minded and genuinely enjoys recruitment. You'll be comfortable operating at pace, managing competing priorities and getting out into the market to find great people.

You may come from an internal Talent Acquisition or Agency Recruitment, ideally with experience in blue-collar or construction environments but most importantly, you'll know how to build relationships and make things happen.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally within a high-volume environment
  • Strong sourcing capability and confidence using SEEK, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to candidate attraction — you're not afraid to pick up the phone and get out into the market
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge hiring managers
  • Comfortable working with recruitment data and using insights to inform decisions
  • A genuine passion for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and delivering fair and inclusive recruitment processes
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities at once
  • Confident communicator who brings energy, credibility and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change
  • Experience with Workday or another large-scale ATS would be advantageous
  • Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia would be preferred, although visa-holders will be considered (no sponsorship opportunity available)

If you're an energetic Talent Acquisition professional who loves recruitment, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to work closely with the people who keep the construction and operational world moving, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today!
