The Company
We’re partnering with a well-regarded, purpose-driven organisation based in Melbourne to secure an experienced Talent Coordinator for a short-term assignment. This is a great opportunity to step into a fast-paced environment and support a high-performing People Experience team during a busy recruitment period.
Starting on 11th May, you’ll join the team for a 7-week assignment, working 4 days per week, managing multiple roles and partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
The organisation offer hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for 6–10 roles concurrently
  • Partner with hiring managers to take job briefs and provide market insights
  • Draft and post job advertisements across relevant platforms
  • Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Coordinate and support interviews, including panel participation where required
  • Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Conduct reference checks and support offer and onboarding processes
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on recruitment best practice
About You
  • Proven experience in recruitment  
  • Comfortable managing multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using recruitment systems and MS Office
