We are currently seeking an experienced Team Assistant to join their Support Office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of the business, supporting senior leaders, managing priorities, and keeping operations running seamlessly.
Schedule:
Full-time | Permanent
Office based Monday - Friday
Start date: ASAP
The Role
Working closely with the Executive Support function, you will provide high-level administrative and coordination support to senior stakeholders. This is a fast-paced, varied position requiring discretion, initiative, and excellent organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities

End-to-end diary and meeting management for senior leaders

Managing shared inboxes and drafting correspondence on behalf of executives

Coordinating travel arrangements, schedules, and briefing materials

Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting documentation

Processing expenses and reconciling corporate credit cards

Supporting internal events, leadership forums, and key initiatives

Maintaining records, systems, and internal platforms

Providing reception cover and general office administration when required
About You
-
Previous experience as a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role

Strong Microsoft Office skills

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Professional, calm, and discreet in your approach
-
(Desirable not required): experience using ExpenseMe Pro, Compass, Savvy Servo, Oracle, FCM, and SharePoint
