This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys minute taking, coordination, and providing high-level administrative support behind the scenes.
About the Role
You will provide essential administrative support across multiple education projects, helping ensure the team remains organised, responsive, and on track.
A key focus of this role is meeting coordination and high-quality minute taking, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately capture discussions, decisions, and actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support across multiple education projects
- Manage and respond to shared inbox enquiries, including committee and stakeholder communications
- Attend meetings, prepare agendas, and produce accurate, professional minutes
- Follow up actions and confirm outcomes from meetings
- Assist with review and formatting of reports
- Maintain and update records within SharePoint, ensuring data is accurate and well organised
- Support low-volume invoice processing (experience advantageous but not essential)
- Proven administration experience in a structured or complex environment (government, education, membership or similar highly regarded)
- Strong experience in minute taking and supporting formal meetings or committees
- Exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and stay organised in a busy environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and SharePoint
- Professional, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team setting
