About the Role

  • Attend meetings, prepare agendas, and produce accurate, professional minutes
  • Follow up actions and confirm outcomes from meetings
  • Assist with review and formatting of reports

  • Support low-volume invoice processing (experience advantageous but not essential)
About You
  • Proven administration experience in a structured or complex environment (government, education, membership or similar highly regarded)
  • Strong experience in minute taking and supporting formal meetings or committees
  • Exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and stay organised in a busy environment
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and SharePoint
  • Professional, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team setting
Why Apply
