This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive Team Assistant to join a fast-paced corporate environment. The role plays a pivotal part in supporting multiple General Managers within the finance division, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations through exceptional diary management, coordination, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level diary management support to 6–7 General Managers within the finance team
- Coordinate meetings, manage scheduling conflicts, and ensure calendars are structured effectively
- Arrange internal and external meetings, including liaising with Executive Assistants across the wider business
- Coordinate team meetings, including catering and meeting logistics
- Manage corporate AMEX reconciliations and process invoices through accounts payable systems
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, with occasional international travel bookings
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including arranging equipment, access passes, and team logistics
- Process internal forms, approvals, and general administrative requests
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the broader finance team as required
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a Team Assistant or Executive Assistant role within a large organisation
- Strong diary management experience supporting multiple stakeholders
- Highly organised with the ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines
- Confident communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
- Proactive, approachable, and collaborative working style
- Experience within insurance or financial services is advantageous but not essential
