MAYDAY is on the hunt for a proactive, tech-savvy Team Assistant / Office Coordinator to become a key support to the business in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
In this varied and important role, you’ll work closely alongside a Senior Executive Assistant to support a large Executive Leadership Team, while also taking ownership of broader office coordination tasks. From travel bookings and expense management to event logistics and catering — you'll play a central role in keeping both the executive team and wider office running smoothly.
You'll be the go-to person on the ground, helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks and the day-to-day operations of the business continue to run like clockwork.

- Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Hourly Rate: $45–$47 per hour + super (depending on experience)

- Act as the right hand to a Senior Executive Assistant, working together to ensure seamless support for the Executive Leadership Team
- Manage expenses, raise purchase orders, and process invoices
- Assist with planning and executing internal meetings, events, and catering
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including basic office management duties
- Ensure meeting rooms and shared spaces are well-maintained and set up for use
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to various departments as needed
- Ensure the kitchen and common areas are clean, well-stocked, and maintained, including regular stock control and ordering supplies
- An experienced Team Assistant / Office Coordinator or high-level Administrator who thrives in a busy, hands-on environment
- Someone highly proactive, polished, and tech-savvy — confident using a range of systems and able to hit the ground running
- Ideally experienced with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Oracle, Concur, or similar platforms
- Comfortable being onsite 5 days a week in Rhodes, Sydney
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude who’s always ready to pitch in
