- Manage a portfolio of complex, high‑value, or unusual motor claims end‑to‑end
- Assess coverage in line with policy terms, ICA and regulatory frameworks
- Conduct detailed investigations including Day‑1 reviews and fact validation
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding processes, entitlements, and outcomes
- Coordinate with assessors, repairers, underwriters, and external specialists
- Manage claim costs, maintain accurate reserves, and negotiate outcomes
- Identify and escalate compliance or risk concerns
- Apply reasonable care assessments and make evidence‑based determinations
- Support customers experiencing vulnerability and initiate fast‑track processes when required
- ​​​​​​​Build strong relationships across technical, assessing, investigation and dispute resolution teams
- Keep claims progressing efficiently toward finalisation
- Contribute to continuous improvement and support project work when needed
- Experience in Motor Claims (essential)
- Strong technical understanding of policy application and claims assessment
- High emotional intelligence with excellent customer communication skills
- Ability to manage complex information and make confident, fair decisions
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation capability
- Investigation experience (highly desirable)
- Knowledge of insurance regulatory and compliance obligations
- Resilient, solutions‑focused and calm under pressure
- Collaborative, proactive and eager to support team success
