You will initially support two key Total Rewards projects:
- WGEA reporting , including analysis and submission of workforce and gender pay data in line with compliance requirements
- Mercer compensation projects , including market benchmarking, job evaluation, and pay structure analysis to support competitiveness and internal equity
- Supporting compensation and total rewards processes aligned to global frameworks
- Assisting with salary reviews, budgeting, and reward initiatives
- Contributing to policy compliance, job frameworks, and rewards communications
- Supporting compensation analysis, including pay equity and market benchmarking
- Maintaining accurate employee and compensation data and supporting system integrity
- Analysing workforce and reward data to identify trends and insights
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast paced environment
- Open to feedback and comfortable communicating in a clear, direct, and professional way, with a collaborative and approachable style.
- A compensation subject matter expert with strong knowledge of reward frameworks and tools
- Confident in stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Highly analytical with strong numerical capability and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with complex datasets
- Experienced in interpreting market data, policies, and reward practices
- Ideally come with 5+ years experience in compensation and reward programs
- Hands on experience across base pay, benefits, total rewards, variable pay, and job architecture frameworks
