Warehouse Team Member
Location: Macquarie Park | Permanent, Full-Time | Mon – Fri, 7am – 3pm
Salary:
$70,878 inclusive of Super

We’re looking for motivated Warehouse Team Members to join our Sydney operations and play a key role in ensuring our products are prepared, packed, and dispatched to the highest standards.

The Opportunity
As a Warehouse Team Member, you’ll be part of a dynamic, quality-focused warehouse team. This role offers the chance to develop your skills across warehousing, kitting, stock control, and logistics while contributing to a supportive, process-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, check, and store incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare finished products for shipping, delivery, or collection.
  • Assist with kitting, purchase order processing, and resolving inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment in line with WHS and company procedures.
  • Complete documentation and updates in warehouse management systems, including QAD.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in training team members as required.

Skills and Experience
  • 1–5 years’ experience in warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
  • Competent with basic computer skills and warehouse systems; PDA scanning experience advantageous.
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting objects up to 20kg; forklift licence is a bonus.
  • Ability to follow SOPs and standard work instructions accurately.
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia (Australian citizen or permanent resident).
