- Lead facilities management responsibilities, including building maintenance, contractor management, workplace safety, and operational efficiency.
About you
- Previous experience in workplace experience, office management, facilities, or a similar role
- Experience working within a global organisation or collaborating across multiple time zones
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
- A proactive, organised and adaptable approach with excellent problem-solving skills
- Passionate about creating positive workplace experiences and building office culture
- A confident communicator who enjoys being the go-to person within the office
- Interest in technology, innovation and AI is highly regarded
